Freshman Orientation and Open House at FSHS Tuesday August 17 -
Freshman "Wildcat Orientation" begins at 2:30 & continues through Open House (Don't worry.....we'll feed you...)!
Open House for all grades (9-12) is from 6:00-7:00.
Both events will begin in the gym.
In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order and the regulation from the Kentucky Board of Education, everyone will be required to wear a face covering inside the building.
We are excited to see everyone and kick off a fantastic 21-22 school year!

Please check the poster at her table to confirm your purchase next Monday and Tuesday when you come to register for school. Extra books are NOT available. My name is Kristen Hicks, and I am the new district-wide orchestra teacher. We will be hosting an informational night that is sometimes called a "display night", where Old Town Violins, who will be providing instruments for orchestra and the option to rent or buy them, will be set up to allow you to gain more information about acquiring an instrument. I will also be excited to meet all of you, give you more information about what orchestra class will look like, and show you the different instruments and what they sound like so that you can start to decide which ones you prefer!
I am attaching below the flyer with information about this event. It will be on July 27th (Tuesday) from 6-8 PM - please come whenever you can throughout that time! We will be located in the Franklin Simpson High School Cafeteria.

On August 9th, 2021 we will be hosting our registration day for all students. It will take place back at FSHS for all students from 8:00am to 6:00pm. There will be more information to be released later in the summer on how to do the online portion of registraton.
