Simpson Co. Schools: I first want to congratulate Coach Ashley Taylor and the F-S Lady Cat basketball program on winning the girl’s 4th Region Basketball Championship on Saturday night. They will play George Rogers Clark High School on Wednesday March 12th at 5:00pm CST in Rupp Arena in Lexington.
In order to accommodate travel to Lexington, Simpson Co. Schools will dismiss at 12:00 pm on Wednesday March 12, 2025. All students will be served breakfast and lunch, and buses will begin transporting students home at 12:00pm at the dismissal of school. We will resume our normal school day schedule on Thursday. Good Luck to our F-S Lady Cats!!!

SCS will be closed Friday February 21st for in person instruction. It will be NTI Day #5. The weekend forecast looks good and we look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday. There may be some adjustments in transportation to avoid any flooded areas that we have to deal with. We will be in contact with students on those routes.
